Live Events

If you are interested in hiring WWPI for an event, we provide speakers, equipment, and DJing services. We can handle events as simple as basic PA for a speaker or an acoustic artist up to a full concert in Alden or on the quad.

If you are interested in our services, please email wwpi-execs@wpi.edu with details of your event. We will work with you to plan your event and give you the best equipment and services available. Alternatively, you can fill out the event request form and email it to wwpi-execs@wpi.edu – we will give you a quote and advise you on the best equipment and services for your event. Once we’ve agreed upon what your event requires, we will give you a quote. You can find the forms at the bottom of this page.

We use JBL speakers and QSC amplifiers. Our equipment list is as follows:

WWPI Equipment Rental Form

This form will need to be filled out at the time of pickup or delivery of equipment, and completed when the equipment is returned. The overseeing officer will bring the form for you to fill out in person. You may view the file to review the terms of use here.
